Message from the Year 11 and 12 Coordinator

Dear parents and students,

The 2017 academic year has come and gone and what a year it has been. The fresh faces that started their Year 11 and 12 journeys at the start of the year now have a full year of learning and experiences under their belt.

The Class of 2017 had an amazing year of academic and personal development and growth. The highlight of the year as a collective group had to be the success that was the Sweet Dreams campaign, culminating in the Masquerade Ball. There were many laughs shared, tears shed, and assessments sat. Exams were a particularly tough challenge but our students were up for it. The celebrations of Acknowledgement Day and Graduation were events of joyous celebration and acknowledgement of all the hard work poured into the final year of high school. I wish the Class of 2017 the best of luck in everything they do and ask them not to be strangers.

The Year 11s have had an eventful year. They not only began their VCE Journey, but also completed the first of many Unit 3/4 subjects. The Year 11s have also began their 2018 journey with orientation and continuing their fundraising campaign for the Well Project. I look forward to seeing what they can do in 2018 both academically and personally.

Have an amazing summer holiday and see you all in 2018.

Miss Inass Fayad - Year 11 and 12 Coordinator
